What The Property Finders can find for you
The Property Finders locate all kinds of properties at all price levels – whether it’s a luxurious Mediterranean mansion or a lakeside villa in Italy. Maybe you want a city apartment or a plot of land, it doesn’t matter – if it is there we will find it. Once we have all the details we go to work and we keep looking until we find it.
Our fees are charged in two stages. Firstly, the initial non-refundable registration fee of 900 €* is payable on signing our Terms and Conditions.** Then our fee for successfully finding and helping you acquire your chosen property is charged at 2.5%* of the price paid.

It is a rare case in which our fees is not more than covered by the savings made, sometimes several times over. Firstly, we are experienced negotiators and our local knowledge is a key factor in securing the lowest possible price and secondly, we save buyers so much time. Here are some examples of what we have achieved recently:
In Andalucía
Costa del Sol – Marbella
We negotiated 30% off the asking price of this luxurious property near Puerto Banús with most of the furniture included, a fabulous deal under €1,000,000.
Tarifa
In this area properties with such a stunning view always command a premium, even in today’s tough market. Not only did we negotiate 25,000 € off the asking price, the mortgage valuation came in at 15% more than the price our client paid. Given that current bank valuations are coming in way below agreed prices, our client realised that he was getting a very good deal indeed.
Costa del Sol: La Quinta
Our clients saved 340,000 €, over 20% below the asking price. The price negotiated was lower than the figure they were prepared to pay but we are very mean when it comes to spending client’s money.
Marbella East, beachside
Our client saved 300,000 €, or more than 20% off the original asking price. We negotiated direct with the seller, no agents were involved, and buyers looking only with estate agents did not see this house.
In Mallorca
Old Town, Palma Mallorca
A rare find – 3 bedroom apartment with medieval patio, terrace and cathedral views in the Casco Antiguo (historic city centre) in Palma. This type of property is in such demand that asking prices are usually achieved but our client saved 25,000 €
Frontline villa, Mallorca
3 bedroom villa, south coast Mallorca. Frontline property always commands a premium but our client saved 170,000 €, with the entire contents included. The property was not available though local agents so buyers looking only with Mallorca estate agents missed out.
Detached rustic house, Mallorca
3 bedroom detached house, with community pool. Nor openly marketed locally and The Property Finders sourced it via an agency 40 miles away. Our client saved 32,000 €.
