PAUL PEATTIEPaul grew up in County Down, Northern Ireland and then moved to England to study at university in 1994. While doing his degree he spent several months working for the YMCA in the United States coaching soccer and swimming. After graduating Paul embarked on a career as a recruitment consultant in the entertainment and leisure sector, again heading for the United States, this time Baltimore, where he began to realize the importance of customer focused service.
After returning to the U.K. Paul began working for an independent Surrey Estate Agent in 2000 and thereby discovered his passion for property. It was here that Paul learned about the different aspects of the property market and was involved in sales, lettings, land and new homes. Over the next eight years Paul worked at Branch Manager level for several of the well known London and South East Estate Agents.
But Paul had always intended to have his own company and move away from traditional estate agency where the process is biased towards the seller’s interests while the property buyer has no-one protecting theirs. As a first step he set up Dynamic Property Search at the beginning of 2008, focusing on Government and Corporate Relocation in London and the south east of England, locating both short and long term rentals for the client. Then, in order to develop his services to include acting as a buyer’s agent, in 2009 Paul decided to join The Property Finders network and use his extensive knowledge of property throughout South East England to work exclusively for property buyers in the UK, helping them locate and purchase their perfect property. Paul offers full property finding services for buyers in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Sussex plus Corporate and Private relocation services to companies and individuals moving to work in these areas and London.

RICK HIBBURT
In 1996 Rick experienced first hand the issues involved in relocating to a foreign country. He moved to Tokyo, Japan and worked for 3 years as a money broker for Hatori Marshalls, whilst adapting to a completely new culture and language. He believes this experience has really helped him in the Corporate Relocation sector, appreciating all the factors that are involved in a successful relocation.
After transferring back to the UK Rick decided on a career change and took up a position for a major Blue Chip organization, within the Procurement Department, overseeing all aspects involved with mobile communications for their UK office. Due to his past experience of foreign travel and negotiation skills he was given the opportunity to travel to Singapore, to take a role as Procurement Manager, negotiating high level contracts for Telecommunications within the region.
Once back in the UK Rick decided to follow his ambition to work within the property sector and worked for a leading Berkshire Estate Agency. Rick was quickly promoted to Senior Negotiator due to his professionalism, negotiating skills and easy going manner with vendors and purchasers alike. It was here that he met and worked directly under the management of Paul Peattie. Paul saw his potential and soon after setting up Dynamic Property Search offered Rick a position within the company. Since 2008 Rick has assisted Paul with growing the business, dealing with numerous corporate clients from around the world, helping them and their families settle into their new environment as easily and quickly as possible.
